Type an email address, phone number or username and see its digital footprint: the platforms it is registered on, the data breaches it appears in and where it is mentioned on the web. Every result is a real check, confirmed or left out - never guessed.
An email address or username is checked across hundreds of platforms - social networks, developer communities, creative and shopping sites - and each platform comes back as registered or not, with the time it was checked. An email address also gets its breach history and web mentions. A phone number is checked on the messaging apps that register people by number. Nothing is inferred: a platform that could not be confirmed is left out rather than reported as not registered.
A real person's email address usually has years of accounts behind it; an address created for one signup has almost none. That is why fraud, trust and safety and KYC teams run the same check automatically at signup, alongside email, phone and IP intelligence and a risk score built from named signals. See fraud risk scoring, fake account detection and the digital footprint analysis guide.
Checking your own address is a good way to see where it has been used and which breaches it appeared in. If a breach shows up, change that password everywhere it was reused and turn on two-factor authentication. Our privacy policy explains how to ask for your data to be removed.
