What every plan includes

There is one dataset and every plan sees all of it. A cheaper plan does not get fewer platforms, stale results or a stripped response - it gets fewer lookups. Every lookup checks every platform that accepts the input type you sent, and returns breach history and public web mentions alongside the registration results.

How billing works

Pay as you go draws down a balance you top up in advance, from $19. Nothing expires and there is no monthly commitment, so an integration that runs in bursts is not paying for idle months.

Growth bills $39 a month and includes 1,000 lookups, an effective $0.039 a lookup. Lookups past that are $0.05 each and settle on the next invoice rather than interrupting the API.

Card payments run through Paddle as merchant of record, which means VAT and sales tax are handled for you. Paystack covers NGN. Cancellation and refund terms are on the refund policy.

Choosing a plan

Below roughly 1,000 lookups a month, pay as you go is cheaper and simpler - there is no allowance to forecast. Above it, Growth costs less per lookup and gives a predictable invoice. Both see identical data, so switching later changes only the bill.

Frequently asked questions

What counts as one lookup?

One lookup is one request for one identifier - one email address, one phone number or one username - checked across every platform that accepts that input type, up to 888 of them. Breach history and web mentions are included in that single lookup, not billed separately, and the number of platforms that answer does not change the price.

Is a cached result billed again?

A result served from cache is billed as a lookup, because it is still an answer to a question you asked. Every response carries servedFromCache and a checkedAt timestamp on each result, so a cached fact is never presented as a fresh one.

What happens when Growth runs past its included lookups?

Lookups past the included 1,000 are charged at $0.05 each and appear on the next invoice. The API does not stop answering at the cap, and there is no separate overage plan to buy.

Is there a minimum contract or an enterprise minimum?

No. Pay as you go has no subscription and tops up from $19; Growth is month to month. Higher-volume pricing is a conversation about rate, not a floor you have to clear before anyone will talk to you.

Do free lookups need a card?

Free lookups need no card. Every account starts with 15 lookups shared across everyone at the same company domain, so a team evaluating the API does not get one allowance per signup.

Which currencies can I pay in?

Card payments are processed in USD through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and handles VAT and sales tax. Nigerian customers can pay in NGN through Paystack instead.
